Recommendations for Yoga students attending classes:

  • wear loose or comfortable clothing to class, to enable freedo​m of movement;
  • ​practice yoga on an empty stomach: allow 3-4 hours after a heavy meal, 1.5-2 hours after a light snack and 30 mins after a drink;

  • seek advice from your GP, or equivalent, before starting or continuing Yoga, if suffering from severe medical conditions;

  • Do not practice Yoga if feeling at all unwell, as this may be counter-productive;

  • Participation is at students' own risk.
